英语里between的用法

1、两者词性不同
in between 为副词，后不接名词，代词。
between 为介词，后必须接名词， 代词。
2、句子成分不同
“berween”可作为介词、名词与形容词，故在句子中可作为主语、谓语及定语；
而“in between”作为词组整体使用时等同于形容词，且只能作为后置定语放在名词后修饰名词。
3、特殊情况下使用不同
