非语言沟通的重要性
在沟通中，信息的内容部分往往通过语言来表达，而非语言则作为提供解释内容的框架，来表达信息的相关部分。因此非语言沟通常被错误地认为是辅助性或支持性角色。
非语言沟通（nonverbal communication）指的是使用除语言符号以外的各种符号系统，包括形体语言、副语言、空间利用以及沟通环境等进行沟通。
