less interests ,more interest意思是:少一些功名主义的追求,多一些不为什么的坚持。

而完整一点的用法是:

Don’t aim for success if you really want it.Just stick to what you love and believe in,and it will come naturally.-inter

这里的“interests”指的是利益,其实这句话的意思是说做事情,少一些利益上的考量,多一些兴趣上的坚持。

理解为“公司责任”和“个人兴趣”的平衡是可以接受的。

意思是是要在工作和生活中找平衡,到底是成为工作狂,不去培养个人兴趣,还是以懈怠的姿态对待工作而成为交际花等。

这可能都不是一个好的选择,都要在两者之间找到平衡。

而公司会根据表现付给你薪酬和激励,也就是获得的“personal interests”(个人利益)。

想的这其中的平衡点是我们一方面要有工作责任,一方面又要在合理范围内给自己争取利益,但不能以牺牲公司利益为代价。
