可以看出来 这个更新是为了解决安装Service Pack的时候出现“0xC0000034“错误而放出的 如果你安装SP1后没有出现这个错误 那么可以暂时不装 因为文章给出了问题的原因：

原因是 在安装SP1并且没有重启前 你又安装了其他的更新 或者 Windows Update Service安装SP1的同时也安装了别的更新
不过因为可能会影响到以后更新的安装 所以推荐还是装上的好 毕竟是重要等级的

首先保证补丁的完整和正确这是常识，无论哪种方法都必须关闭所有应用程序，如果是自动更新的话换个时段再试，再说一个补丁根本就没必要等一早上来，换个时间更新，换个打补丁软件就能解决。
再罗嗦一句，所有的打补丁软件都是属于链接转移型，根本没多少实效，最好就是自动更新
